1. Payment

We accepted PayPal only! Payment must be received within 3 days from the date of purchase.

2. Your shipping address

We will ship to your Paypal address in 3 business days, please check your address information with your Paypal account.
Once we have shipped out your parcel, we cannot change your delivery address anymore. If you find your shipping address is wrong after we shipped, you have to contact your local Post Office after your parcel arrived your country.
If you cannot get your parcel because of your wrong address, We are not responsible for it.

Telephone number is very important, carrier will contact you if you are out when they deliver your parcel, sometimes carrier will inform you of customs’ requirements, so please provide your telephone number when you order.

3. Fees

We don’t collect any other fees from you, you are responsible for all fees occered in your country, such as customs fee. We are not responsible for duty or taxes of your country.

4. Delivery time

We are a 10 years old company with registered capital of 10.01 million Chinese Yuan, we ship out item(s) after payment cleared, if you don’t get what you paid in time, it is because the logistics service or customs reason, please don’t request refund immediately, we will work with you until you get what you paid or your money back. So, if you didn’t receive scope(s) in time, please let us know and wait with confidence, we are only an email away.

5. Describe the situation carefully

Once there is a replacement or repair service needed, please describe it carefully and clearly to us (taking some photos will be better), we are always work with you to resolve any problems.

6. Contact us before you return your item(s)

For different products we sell, we have different factories in China, so, if your item(s) need to be return to us, please contact us at first, we will provide Return Address for your returns.

7. Return policy

Please check your item carefully once your received it, if you received the wrong product or a damaged one, you can get full refund or free exchange, but you must contact us within 2 days once your parcel delivered. Note that the product should be send back in original, new and re-sellable condition, otherwise it will not be accepted.

You can get refund if you don’t like what you paid, but we only refund your payment minus original shipping & handling fee, buyer covers return shipping fee.

8. Feedback

We will be happy to hear from you about our products whether pros and cons, and, we will choose some excellent feedback and post to our website with author’s photo and a link point to author’s blog or FB page. So, share your experience and opinion with the world, and we will improve our products according to your feedback.
